Our technician, Donnie, is the nicest man and very thorough in our home. We have two cats which we confine to our shower for each treatment. Donnie calls us and gives us a 15 minute heads up every month so that we have plenty of time to, keep our animals safe.

I have found the scheduling staff to be polite and flexible, even getting me a same day appointment the one time I needed it. The techs are exactly who I want coming in to my home. They are on time and there to do the work needed, they never seem to find another several things you need to pay for. They also answer all my questions throughly and provide estimates and follow-up as needed.

I have a service agreement with Bennett (for several years now) and recently called between appointments to ask if Will could come out due to a minor invasion of mini centipedes inside the first floor (ground level) of our home.
