I called Bennett and spoke to Bruce regarding my crawl space project and within 2 hours I had my estimate. An hour after I signed my estimate, Lisa from the office called to schedule my work. The owner even got involved because a subcontractor was being utilized and he wanted to ensure the timing was aligned. The workers arrived on time, worked until the project was completed and we're professional and courteous. I got a call immediately afterwards from Lisa saying Bruce would be by the next day to check the quality of the work and I could pay balance at that time. Bruce of course came on time and everything went well. Thanks to everyone involved. I wish all home projects could be this easy.
