I have been using Bennette for quarterly services for many years. They call prior to the day they are coming out. They send a picture of the technician who will arrive. Their service providers are always friendly and professional, checking with me on the services I may need. The service provider works thoroughly, stopping at my door before leaving. I can call anytime between services if I have a problem and Bennette will send somebody out to solve the issue. I highly recommend them.
