We had an issue with our townhouse in bethany and Bennett was great about helping us from the first contact. The sales person (Patrick) called us back as soon as we placed a call and helped us find a time to connect. He also looked at our pics to help determine the immediacy of treatment. Matt came out to do the treatment and was also great. He was on-time and very clear about what the treatment entailed. He was also sensitive to our dog and gave instructions to keep him safe as well. The office folks (Lisa, and others) were also helpful in making appointments and answering our questions about service. We will use them again!
Our Bennett representative is Will and we are always satisfied with the work Will does which includes our annual termite inspection, quartely yard spray, and interior inspection to be certain we don't have any little critters living in our house with us. Thank you Will!

We had a bug issue at our condo and Bruce came to evaluate what service we may need. We were very happy with his honesty and knowledge. He guided us through the process and answered my many questions I sent him by text. Bugs are not my thing and by answering my questions, he helped my anxiety and we solved the issue. I have recommended Bruce to 2 other friends who needed to discuss bug issues. He was attentive to my texts even on weekends. Our technician, Donnie, is the nicest man and very thorough in our home. We have two cats which we confine to our shower for each treatment. Donnie calls us and gives us a 15 minute heads up every month so that we have plenty of time to, keep our animals safe.

I have found the scheduling staff to be polite and flexible, even getting me a same day appointment the one time I needed it. The techs are exactly who I want coming in to my home. They are on time and there to do the work needed, they never seem to find another several things you need to pay for. They also answer all my questions throughly and provide estimates and follow-up as needed.
