Tech Darin was on time, communicated clearly upon arrival and prior to departure. Darin does not disappoint in Customer Service.

Justin, my technician, was here this morning to inspect my dehumidifier. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Afterwards, he explained what he had done and the results. Overall, a very positive experience.

DARIN WAS EXCELLENT. HE ARRIVED EARLY AND STARTED SPRAYING THE PERIMETER AS I PULLED INTO THE LOT AND AS I UNLOCKED THE BUILDING SO HE COULD ACCESS IT HE FINISHED UP THE OUTSIDE. HE SPRAYED EVERYHWERE AND REFILLED ALL BAIT BOXES. HE IS EFFICEIENT AND FRIENDLY. GREAT JOB! (TAMMY)
