We have been customers of Bennett’s Termite for years. We had a termite inspection and while Bruce didn’t find termites, he found and showed us pictures of the wooden supports under our house that had black fungus. Long story short - we engaged Bennett’s to encapsulate our entire house. We didn’t get estimates by other companies because of our complete trust in Dean Bennett and his company! Everyone who worked on the job, including Bruce, Bennett’s technical and office staff and the sub-contractors, were so professional and hard workers while being so polite and answering any and all questions we had. Plus the job was completed in a short period of time - no excuses or delays in getting the job done! The company owner, Dean, was also just a phone call away and came out to do a final inspection! We are thrilled with another great job done by Bennett’s. Gary was just here and quickly verified that we had a small termite nest. He quickly fixed the problem and went to the crawl space and covered the whole area and found no signs of additional infestation. He was quick, polite, friendly and efficient. He answered all of my questions and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Bennet literally responded with Gary on site within 4 hours of me making an initial contact with them. Hopefully the termites will find a new area - preferably the trees outdoors.
