I called Bennett and spoke to Bruce regarding my crawl space project and within 2 hours I had my estimate. An hour after I signed my estimate, Lisa from the office called to schedule my work. The owner even got involved because a subcontractor was being utilized and he wanted to ensure the timing was aligned. The workers arrived on time, worked until the project was completed and we're professional and courteous. I got a call immediately afterwards from Lisa saying Bruce would be by the next day to check the quality of the work and I could pay balance at that time. Bruce of course came on time and everything went well. Thanks to everyone involved. I wish all home projects could be this easy.

I was told I had termites by another local company we have used for pest control for 20 years. I called Bennett and within hours they sent Robert out to do a free inspection. Robert said that he did not see any signs of termites, and didnt know where the pictures the other company provided were taken. He was very honest and forthright, and I appreciate that the the promptness of the company as a whole.
