Good afternoon Dean. at this time, I would also like to thank you, your employees for an absolutely fantastic job done with my recent crawlspace encapsulation. The two young men from Bennett Termite started early in the morning, and stayed into early evening, finishing the entire tear out and installation in about 10 hours! And, left my property spotless! Two days later, Justin and Wally, arrived with the dehumidifier, and had the installation process done within a couple of hours. Justin explained the workings of the dehumidifier and the temperature/humidity parameters very clearly.

Our first experience with Bennett Pest Control was approximately 4 years ago when we encountered our first “bed bug infestation” when a tenant moved out of a rental home. We had called a number of Pest Control companies who used a chemical treatment and would need to treat for 2-4 months. After calling Bennett Pest Control and meeting with Bruce, he explained the heat treatment, the cost, and the down time.

The heat treatment would kill everything in the home (ie; roaches, ants, spiders, bedbugs and their eggs) down time would be 6-8 hours, and cost was less than one month’s rent. Still, not sure as what to do, Bruce said “Let’s do this house, if you still are not convinced, or we have to come back for any reason, we will discount the cost.” We will also guarantee our work, and have a canine inspection upon completion.

Needless to say, the ONLY people I call when there is any signs or even a “maybe possible” sign of a bedbug when completing a move out inspection is Bennett Pest Control . They are fast, courteous, professional, and less expensive than having 2+ months of down time with no guarantee. We have never had to have Bennett Pest Control go back to re-treat. It is always 100% pest free after one treatment.

We found two black widows, one in the garage and one in the porch and got neighbors' recommendations to call Bennett. Within a day or two, Patrick came to see us and he was very helpful, professional and understanding about my (admittedly slightly irrational) fears. He spent a good amount of time asking questions to understand what we want, and then gave us appropriate treatment options. If everyone at Bennett has the same focus on their customer's needs, I believe we'll be customers for many years. Fingers crossed!

UPDATE over a year later, we are still creepy-crawly free! The team takes great care including checking for spiders whenever they come for a service. I'm very happy with the service so far!

We were seeing evidence insect activity in our sunroom. Called Bennett and Patrick came out the next day.He determined that we had some ants living behind our window trim. We were not able to remove the trim without damaging the window but we were able to pry it open and Patrick gave us a "courtesy treatment" and sprayed inside the window trim. We then talked about what service Bennett could provide and signed up for a yearly plan. Because we live between two large bodies of water and back up to a marsh, we are constantly battling spiders around the house, I feel confident that Bennetts treatments should lessen our spider issues.
The followingday Dannycame out for our first quarterly treatment. He was very personable explaining what insecticides he was using and what he was specifically treating. He was very thorough and did a great job clearing webs all around our house.
In short, we are very pleased wit our initial contact with Bennett Pest Control.
